A 24 hour, 7 day per week helpline staffed exclusively by RCVS qualified Vet Nurses.
Convenient veterinary advice for owners of dogs, cats, rabbits and exotics (not large animals).
Calls cover a wide range of topics including minor wounds, sickness or other worrisome signs, information about dietary issues and advice about whether the pet needs to visit a vet (especially out of hours).
The nurse will not attempt to diagnose but will assess the level of seriousness and either provide advice or give the location of the nearest vet clinic.
